F.O.R.E. was formed in 2008 and is fully-dependent on volunteer support, managed by a board of directors and volunteer staff. F.O.R.E. is a 501c3 non profit organization. Contributions are tax deductible, according to IRS regulations. A financial statement is available upon request.’
Mission
The mission of F.O.R.E is to provide advocacy, education and support for both incarcerated and formerly incarcerated females and their familes. Through personal empowerment and accountability F.O.R.E. will promote a successful transition for female offenders into the community.

The F.O.R.E. service delivery system must be client centered.
F.O.R.E. services will reflect the need of the individual
F.O.R.E. services will be provided based solely on the individuals needs, without regard to race, creed, sexual orientation or gender.

The services provided will reflect the continuation of F.O.R.E. including medical, psychosocial and supportive needs,
F.O.R.E. services will assist clients in ways that help them to build quality lives.
The service delivery system will reflect the current recommended treatment modalities and prevention techniques of F.O.R.E.
Vision Statement
F.O.R.E. is one of the leading advocates for women who have been involved within the criminal justice system. By providing client centered service delivery systems and by promoting and providing information, awareness, accessibility and resources we will reduce recidivism rates as well as strengthens families.
